Immunogen Range:   A synthetic peptide derived from human KCNC2
Clonality:   Polyclonal Antibody
Isotype:   IgG
GENE ID:   3747
Swiss Prot:   Q96PR1
Synonyms:   KCNC2, KV3.2, MGC138196, Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily C member 2, potassium voltage-gated channel, Shaw-related subfamily, member 2, Voltage-gated potassium channel Kv3.2
Purification:   Affinity chromatography
Storage:   Store at -20°C or -80°C in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Background:   KCNC2 Mediates the voltage-dependent potassium ion permeability of excitable membranes. Assuming opened or closed conformations in response to the voltage difference across the membrane, the protein forms a potassium-selective channel through which potassium ions may pass in accordance with their electrochemical gradient. Channel properties are modulated by subunit assembly.
Caculated MW:   70 kDa
Observed MW:   Refer to Figures
Applications:   WB 1:500-1:3000
IHC 1:50-1:200
Reacitivity:   Human, Mouse, Rat
